1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website thelaundryspa.icu (the "Site") or requesting services from THE LAUNDRY SPA LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our laundry, dry cleaning, and delivery services in Lakeland and Polk County, Florida.

2. Description of Services

THE LAUNDRY SPA LLC provides the following services:

• Wash & Fold: Cleaning, drying, and folding of everyday garments and linens.
• Dry Cleaning: Professional cleaning of delicate fabrics, suits, dresses, and specialty items.
• Ironing & Pressing: Steam finishing and pressing of garments.
• Pickup & Delivery: Scheduled collection and return of items within our service area.
• Corporate Accounts: Customized laundry solutions for businesses.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order:

1. Submit a request via our Contact form, email (lhamia604@gmail.com), or phone.
2. Provide accurate delivery address, contact information, and service details.
3. Confirm pickup time and any special instructions.
4. Our team will collect your items, process your order, and return cleaned items to your specified address.

Order confirmation: We will email you to confirm receipt of your request and provide an estimated completion time. This confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until we have physically received your items.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD on our Services page and are subject to change with notice. Final charges are calculated after item inspection and may vary based on:

• Actual weight of Wash & Fold items.
• Fabric type, condition, or special handling requirements.
• Stain treatment or additional services requested.

Payment terms: Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned items. We accept cash, major credit cards, and business invoicing for corporate accounts. A minimum order value of $25 applies for free delivery in Polk County.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, please:

• Empty pockets and remove valuables before submitting items.
• Notify us of stains, damage, or special care instructions at time of pickup.
• Provide safe, accessible pickup/delivery locations.
• Inspect returned items promptly and report any concerns within 48 hours.

We are not responsible for items left in pockets, pre-existing damage, or failure to disclose special care requirements.

6. Liability and Limitations

Standard of care: We exercise professional care in handling all items. However, laundry and dry cleaning involve inherent risks.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, THE LAUNDRY SPA LLC's liability for loss or damage to items shall not exceed ten (10) times the service charge for the affected item(s), or $100, whichever is less.

Exclusions: We are not liable for:

• Damage due to manufacturer defects, age, or pre-existing conditions.
• Color loss, shrinkage, or fabric changes inherent to cleaning processes.
• Items not properly labeled or identified.
• Delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Insurance: For high-value items (e.g., designer garments, wedding dresses), we recommend declaring value at time of drop-off. Additional insurance may be available upon request.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup with at least 2 hours' notice via email or phone. Late cancellations may incur a $10 service fee. Once items have been collected, standard service charges apply unless cancellation occurs before cleaning begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of THE LAUNDRY SPA LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

12. Severability
